@Ask_Spectrum Hi, our internet thankfully went back up on Saturday, although extremely slow over the weekend. It is now down again as of this morning. My wife works from home. This is unacceptable as it is needed for work. This is the 10th time in 8 weeks!

@PurpleKibby @Ask_Spectrum This is ridiculous. It took 24h plus over weekend. And was super slow. It is now down again in Chelsea on a Monday morning. This is people's livelihoods. It is unacceptable. @nycgov should step in and help New Yorkers with this terrible company.

@ATT your service is trash. 3 days minimum of 2 hrs on each call and still none of my issues resolved. This is unacceptable. For the amount of times I heard sorry for YOUR MISTAKE is ridiculous. Finally told them cancel everything and going to join @GetSpectrum

@GregAbbott_TX Fix the unemployment situation! TWC is a big problem hurting tons to Texans. We are hungry and stressed. Know one knows whatâs going on at TWC. No pay even thought the Fed Gov passed a Bill to help us. Do your job and help the people too.

@Ask_Spectrum I get it, roku is becoming sucky, but dang send out something in the mail or at least something on your app days before it happens, this would have made roku look bad and your customers wouldnât be calling 24/7 wondering.

@Ask_Spectrum Please explain to me why I have been calling about the same issue since January 21 and have been told by multiple spectrum employees the issue is being escalated but still have no internet or phone service. This is the worst customer service.

@Ask_Spectrum what is going in with the internet service in 14526? it's gone down three times in the last 30 minutes. Our son is remote learning and I am working from home. This is beyond frustrating at this point!
