About The RoleThe DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA. They ensure timely and high-quality processing, maintaining SLA compliance and following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for daily oversight / review of all Agency payroll file processing and associated reporting.
• Being responsible for reporting issues to Management, brought to our attention by agencies.
• Having agency communication / support via Phone / Salesforce cases and Chat.
• Having responsible for developing deep understanding of client plan provisions, and agency business practice.
• Being responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Having daily task documentation / Management and agency reconciliation
• Having agency Payroll office contact access requests administration
• Being responsible for completing Ad-Hoc payroll requests(TSP-41, TSP-5R, TSP-19)

Requirements

• Possess the ability to demonstrate sound understanding of client plan provisions and responding to escalated Agency needs in a timely fashion.
• Have the ability to ensure knowledge of client procedures and supporting documentation is current and updated.
• Possess the ability to adhere to procedures and process guidelines. Also meet or surpass performance parameters in line with SLA targets.
• Possess the ability of being on time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Client SLA's and Internal team metrics.
• Have the ability to deliver on new and ad hoc tasks to meet client and internal goals promptly.
• Possess the ability to stay current with client plan provisions, identify process improvements and ensure data quality.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally & and in writing.
• Possess the ability to leverage resources on the team to generate results.
• US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.**

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

29,800 USD

Maximum :

47,200 USD
